Calvary Farms Terms and Conditions

By visiting, purchasing tickets, or participating in events at Calvary Farms ("the Farm"), you agree to these legally binding terms under Texas law.

1. Texas Agritourism Liability Notice

WARNING: Under Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code § 75A, agritourism providers like Calvary Farms are not liable for injuries resulting from inherent risks of farm activities, including:

  • Interactions with animals (bites, kicks, or allergies).

  • Uneven terrain, mud, or natural hazards.

  • Weather conditions or outdoor environments.

By entering, you assume all risks associated with agritourism activities.

2. Ticket & Booking Policies

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All tickets, tours, and event deposits are final sale. Credits for future use may be issued if requested via email (molly@calvaryfarms.org) 48+ hours before the event.

  • No-Shows: Late arrivals forfeit their spot without credit or refund.

  • Farm Cancellations: If Calvary Farms must cancel an event for any reason, we will notify attendees and offer rescheduling options.

3. Visitor Responsibilities

  • Supervision: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended.

  • Prohibited Items: No outside alcohol, smoking near animals, or drones without permission.

4. Animal Interactions

  • Guests must follow staff instructions when handling animals.

  • The Farm is not liable for injuries caused by visitor misconduct (e.g., feeding animals unauthorized food).

5. Media Release

By entering, you grant Calvary Farms the right to use photos/videos of your visit for promotional purposes, unless you submit a written opt-out to molly@calvaryfarms.org.

6. Texas Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Bexar County courts.

  • Visitors waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against the Farm.

7. Policy Changes

Updates will be posted online. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
