Thank You for Your Interest in Volunteering!

We’re so excited that you’re interested in volunteering with us! Our volunteers play an important role in helping us care for our animals, maintain our farm, welcome visitors, and support our sanctuary’s mission.

Please complete the volunteer interest form below. We’ll review your information and reach out to you with next steps and opportunities that may be a good fit for you.

A few things to keep in mind: Our sanctuary is a working farm with livestock, so volunteer activities may include outdoor work, walking on uneven or muddy ground, exposure to dust, hay, animal dander, and other allergens, and working around animals. Depending on the activity, there may also be lifting, carrying, bending, standing, or other physical requirements. Texas heat and weather conditions can also be a factor, particularly during outdoor activities.

Please consider your comfort level, physical abilities, allergies, and any heat or weather sensitivities when selecting volunteer opportunities. We want every volunteer to have a safe, positive, and rewarding experience!

Thank you for wanting to be part of our sanctuary family. We truly appreciate your willingness to lend a helping hand! 💙🐾

Volunteer Age Requirement

Our volunteer opportunities are generally intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Volunteers under 18 may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from the sanctuary and appropriate parent/guardian consent. Some activities may have additional age requirements based on safety and the nature of the work.
