Calvary Farms Refund Policy

All ticket sales and deposits for Open Farm Days, Private Tours, Birthday Parties, and Events are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

However, if you cannot attend your scheduled date, we may allow your payment to be used as credit toward:

• A future event (must be booked within one year of the original purchase).

• Merchandise in our farm store (credit must be redeemed within one year).

• To request a credit transfer, you must:**

• Email us at molly@calvaryfarms.org at least 48 hours before your scheduled event.

• Provide your original booking details.

No credits or rescheduling will be granted for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours).

If Calvary Farms must cancel an event for any reason, we will notify attendees and offer rescheduling options.
